"Kelly Construction carried out an extensive renovation of my home in Booterstown. I found Paul and his son Mark an absolute pleasure to deal with. Before we appointed Paul and Mark to complete the job our main concerns where Quality of work, Cost and the length of the project. From the outset we agree a cost and a specification with Paul. I’m glad to say this did not deviate and there was not a stream of “Extra Costs” which we had feared.
I could not question the quality of the workmanship, it is without doubt some of the best I’ve seen. The raw materials used were the best available and there was no shortcuts taken by Paul and Mark with regard to any of the materials used.
The project was due to take 6 months and it took exactly that length of time which was very important as we had moved out and we were paying rent on a house.
The house was presented to us in perfect condition and we moved back in after 6 months and 2 days. The remaining “snags” were completed in two weeks. I could not recommend Kelly Construction highly enough."
